OUR DS GUARANTEE PROGRAM
1. Your purchase will be shipped out to you within 3 working days and a tracking number will be provided.
2. You will receive your purchase within a maximum of 20 working days.
3. We will resend your purchase at no extra charge if:-
a) Item is lost in transaction by the shipping company for whatever reason (Fire, misplaced, accident etc);
b) Item is held up by the customs;
c) Item sent is different from what you've purchased.
4. For insured items, we will resend up to twice when any of the conditions in clause 1 to 3 occurs.
